We are a family of four striving for self-sustainability on our humble 10-acre farm.  We hope to soon offer produce, meat, dairy, and miscellaneous grocery items.  Currently, we sell amazing farm-fresh, eggs.  Our chickens are 100% free-range and supplemented with GMO-free, all-natural feed from Sunrise Farms. 

 

 

 

We are big city kids who moved to the country, in the beautiful state of NC, bought a 10-acre farm with the endeavor to live as self-sustainably as possible... taking baby steps towards a huge dream. We consider ourselves NOVICES... always asking questions, reading, going to workshops, visiting local farms and overall learning new things every single day. Right now we are vegetable gardening on about 150sf, including the random pot around our homestead, as well as some edible landscaping. We have a very humble amount of fruit trees (one peach tree, some baby figs and a blueberry bush), but hey, gotta start somewhere. We have two cats (great mousers) and 22 chickens. We have officially put down roots here (literally and figuratively)... we call this land HOME.
